Terms of Use

Site — the AstrixSpace web resource, including the main domain and working subdomains.

Service — the software workspace for chart calculation, subject database, AI readings and PDF export.

User — a registered account holder. Visitor — anyone who opens the Site without an account.

User Content — data you enter or create: subjects, charts, notes, AI prompts, exported reports.

Plan — a published set of features and limits. Subscription — recurring paid access until you cancel or payment fails.

By creating an account you confirm you are 18+, legally capable, and accept these Terms in full. The current text is always at /terms.

We grant a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the workspace. You may use calculation results in your practice, including PDFs for clients. You may not copy the software, resell access or reverse-engineer the Service.

You are responsible for your password and activity. Paid features open after the gateway confirms payment.

A Pro subscription renews for the same term and amount until you turn auto-renewal off in the billing screen. Access lasts until the end of the period already paid. Lifetime is a one-time purchase and does not auto-renew.

If a card charge fails, paid access ends the day after the paid period. The gateway may run a small authorisation check; the bank, not AstrixSpace, sets its amount and refund.

Future prices may change after notice on the pricing page. A period already paid keeps its old terms.

If you enter third-party data you confirm you have the right to do so and have informed those people. You are responsible for accuracy and lawfulness. We process that data only to provide the workspace.

Charts and AI text are informational. They are not medical, psychological, investment or legal services. AI can be wrong. Do not use the Service to diagnose, treat, or take life-critical decisions for others.

Do not access other accounts, overload or scrape the Service, bypass plan limits, duplicate trial accounts, or upload unlawful content.

The Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for decisions based on charts or AI, nor for network or gateway failures.

Where the law allows a cap, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the three calendar months before the claim.

We may limit or delete an account for breach of these Terms or the law. Unpaid plans fall back to free limits; they are not deleted solely for non-payment.
