Privacy Policy

The controller is the AstrixSpace Service administration. Contact: support@astrixspace.pro.

If you need operator details for a contract, write to the same address.

Account: name, email, hashed password, UI language and theme.

Subjects and charts: name, birth date/time/place, coordinates, timezone, notes, tags, calculation results — data you enter for astrology work.

Payments: plan, amount, currency, status, gateway id. We do not store full card numbers.

Technical: IP, login time, user-agent, session and preference cookies.

Support messages and text you send to AI interpretations.

security and legal compliance;

anonymous product improvement.

Payment gateways (YooKassa, Robokassa, CentApp) — payment data only.

AI provider — the prompt and chart fragments you send. Never passwords or card data.

Hosting and email — as needed to run the Service.

Authorities — when the law requires it.

We do not sell personal data.

Strictly necessary cookies: session, locale, theme. Disabling session cookies prevents sign-in.

Public-page analytics (Yandex Metrica and similar) load only if the operator sets an id. Cabinets and chart data are not sent to analytics. No ad pixels in the default build.

We keep account data while the account is active, then delete or anonymise it except where payment records must be kept by law.
