Privacy Policy

The controller is the AstrixSpace US edition administration. Contact: support@astrixspace.pro.

If you need operator details for a contract, write to the same address.

US-edition accounts, charts and backups are hosted on servers in the United States.

A login from the Russian edition does not open a US-edition cabinet. The databases are not shared.

Account: name, email, hashed password, UI language and theme.

Subjects and charts: name, birth date/time/place, coordinates, timezone, notes, tags, calculation results — data you enter for astrology work.

Payments: plan, amount, currency, status, gateway id. We do not store full card numbers.

Technical: IP, login time, user-agent, session and preference cookies.

Support messages and text you send to AI interpretations.

We process this data to run your account, calculate charts, send AI readings you request, bill a plan you choose, keep the service secure, and improve the product in anonymised form.

The bases are the contract you accept at sign-up (these Terms), your consent where you send data to AI, and legitimate interests in security and abuse prevention.

Payment processors — only what is needed to take a card payment in USD.

AI provider — the prompt and chart fragments you send. Never passwords or card data.

Hosting and email — as needed to run the Service in the United States.

Authorities — when US law requires it.

We do not sell personal data.

Strictly necessary cookies: session, locale, theme. Disabling session cookies prevents sign-in.

Public-page analytics load only if the operator sets an id. Cabinets and chart data are not sent to analytics. No ad pixels in the default build.

We keep account data while the account is active, then delete or anonymise it except where payment records must be kept by law.

You may request access, correction, export or deletion via support@astrixspace.pro from the email on the account. California residents may also request to know, delete or opt out of “sale” of personal information; we do not sell it.

If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may contact your state attorney general or, where it applies, a data-protection authority.

The Service is not for people under 18 to register on their own. You may enter a child’s data only as a calculation subject if you are their parent or guardian.

The current version is always at https://en.astrixspace.pro/privacy. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
